What phone, CRM, or scheduling software have you used?

Tell us about a time an upset customer called you. What did you do, and how did it end?

Tell us about your previous jobs — where have you worked and what did you do? If you came from another country, tell us about your work back home too.

Have you scheduled or dispatched field crews before — technicians, installers, or drivers?

This role is on-site at our Lantana office, Monday through Friday. Does that work for you?

Are you comfortable handling a high volume of calls on a busy day?

What is your English level?

Do you have any criminal record? A record does not automatically disqualify you — we look at each case individually.

Why should we hire you?

Anything else we should know about you?

Have you worked in the pool industry before?

Would your last boss recommend you?
